Brique Deal Radar scores property research cues from 1 to 100 using public-record completeness, location relevance, investor relevance, source quality, and recency.

Score inputs

Data completeness, lot size, zoning usefulness, underused land signals, owner/entity patterns, tax or assessment clues, permit or nearby activity, location relevance, investor relevance, source quality, and research recency.

Score labels

80-100: Strong watchlist candidate
60-79: Worth reviewing
40-59: Needs more review
Below 40: Low confidence / archive candidate

Source policy

The platform prioritizes county property records, assessor data, GIS parcel data, county tax records, City of Atlanta permit data, zoning research tools, land records, owner/entity records, and public government portals.
